KEY PRINCIPLES OF EFFECTIVE STAFF MANAGEMENT

OVERVIEW

People are the most valuable resource within any organisation. However, keeping staff well motivated and effective in their working lives is not always an easy management task. This course provides an introduction to some key techniques aimed at effective staff management. It seeks to provide managers with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities and to provide them with the tools necessary to ensure successful staff management.
